These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (unless prohibited by law) and may not be brought as a class action. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use signifies your acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
